It was founded in 2004 and is located in the beautiful Tianjin High tech Industrial Zone, a green industry base called the "National Software Industrial Park". It is composed of optical measurement experts and professional technical talents in optics, machinery, electronics, software, computer, and other fields. It is a specialized company that integrates research and development, production, sales, installation, and after-sales service.
The first domestic photoelectric camera diameter gauge (in 2000), the first laser scanning swing diameter gauge (in 2018), the first rotary diameter gauge (in 2021), the first surface defect detector (in 2022) ,  and the first rebar measurement instrument(in 2023) were all born in Eastloong.
